For items purchased on the official Stanley 1913 website, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will appear in your next billing cycle.

If you purchased your item from another retailer, please request a refund directly from that retailer.
